Mandalorian and Grogu: Wow the opening day was shit, but word of mouth was incredibly good at 9.1 on megabox and a 98 on cgv. I am not sure if great scores will lead to great legs, but the movie presales are down to 26k. I am thinking a 5-day opening weekend of around 150k admits.
Backrooms: Honestly, a mixed bag as the audience scores are definitely not eye-popping with 81 on CGV and 7.5 on Megabox. However, it is important to remember that those scores are respectable for Horror movies. But first, let's talk about opening day. Honestly, the fact it beat a Star Wars movie is insane, and it is insane that presales are still at 38k. The movie might be a tidbit frontloaded, but give me 250k admits for the 5-day opening weekend as nearly locked.
Hive/Colony: The movie should easily smoke 4 million admits at this rate, as the movie is a monster already. The movie is aiming to cross 3 million admits as early as Sunday.
Michael: The movie has a nice cultural day, but presales for the weekend are down a good bit. Thinking we will see the weekend with 60% drops, but the movie should be hovering around 1.375 million admits by Sunday.
Super Mario Galaxy: Another hefty drop as the movie is still crawling to 1.6 million admits.
Devil Wears Prada 2: The movie should be back ahead of Mario on Friday. What a fun back and forth. Not great drops, but the movie’s run is still decent.
Salmokji: The movie is dying, and it is dying in a hurry. I think we can say 3.25 million admits is the final total.
Project Hail Mary: The move is still on track to cross 2.9 million admits despite the heavy drops that came today and will come in the immediate future.
The Man Who Lives With the King: The movie continues to stalk 16.9 million admits, even if it is the slowest chase since Michael Meyers came to the big screen.

Can Michael finish above 1.5m admits?
For perspective, Solo opened at $1.1m in Korea and finished at $1.8m.
If you told someone in like 2010, that a movie based on an Internet creepypasta would open better than a Star Wars movie, they’d look at you like you escaped from the loony bin.
