This had by far the worst hold this weekend (-54%) among the top 10. Think it’s getting dropped HARD next weekend to make way for Backrooms.
Sucks that it’s not doing better, I had a lot of fun with this one. Hopefully there will be a third movie somehow.

Here I thought this movie would somehow benefit from being released concurrently with The Boys final season. They even added Homelander as guest character last year but none of it helped.
Yeah, this movie showed me that reviews are astroturfed to hell. It sucks. It seems like a lot of people realized it. I hope the people behind these two movies move onto other projects. I don’t get why this has to be so hard to make.
I still think it will reach $160M once it reaches Japan next month
It is probably going to lose a lot of screens next week. Should probably get a touch over $80M domestic.
One big flashing sign was that it was shot back in 2023 and only released now.
