Is this a good hold for Michael? Will it pass $800 Million this weekend?

Theaters really need to take screens from the holdovers for Obsession, it only gained 40 theaters. Should have gained 400!

Sheep detectives hanging in!!!

Considering how the budget for I Love Boosters is in the low-$20M range (despite Focus acquiring international for it, which covered some of its budget), that’s not a good number at all for NEON.

Sheep detectives is barely holding on. Good luck to the Mandalorian

Obsession $3.3MM 👀
Up 2% from Wednesday! Even Sinners dropped 16% Wednesday to Thursday before dropping 5% in its 2nd weekend. Obsession’s 2nd weekend is going to be historic & a marker in the sand for horror
Beat Michael for a 4th straight day & will be #2 for the weekend – incredible!

Honestly Passenger reaching over $1 million despite the last minute marketing and steep competition is not bad at all. I wonder what’s the budget

I saw I Love Boosters last night at AMC Grove, one of the most popular locations, and it really was not a busy crowd. The room also wasn’t in love with it (I liked it a lot though). I can’t see this legging out well.

Less than 10% drop despite losing PLFs to Mandalorian this movie is unstoppable holy shit!

I feel like the marketing for I LOVE BOOSTERS was squandered. The movie has some pretty popular leads with a cool set design and premise. They could’ve done more with the advertising but just didn’t.

ah shit, MK2 is going to be this year’s Furiosa, isn’t it?

Would you all just take a minute and look at this top six?

The obsession towards Obsession is just obsessive. WOW.
It actually increased from Thursday (+3%), which is just insane🤯. Star Wars: The Mandalorian & Grogu didn‘t do any damage.
20M+ 2nd weekend…, that would be an INCREASE (!!) from its opening weekend of 17M.
50M+ domestic on Sunday.
100M+ domestic final doable. And don‘t forgot, its budget is less than 1M😭

It’d be great if Michael and Obsession both hit $20m for the 3 day!

Michael continues to perform great.
300M+ this weekend and a 350M+ domestic final is guaranteed.
800M+ global on Sunday or Monday the latest!
1B+ final!

To me Boosters is a streaming movie. But it is a good idea to put it in the cinemas first. It adds a little prestige and it seems like the movies pop a little more on streaming with that destination under their belt.
