Man, since March almost all films are over performing this is a good sign. Let the summer burn like fire. More Blockbusters are coming, can’t wait.

Probably my favorite horror movie since Hereditary. I laugh at gore stuff like Terrifier and Saw. Unsettling is the true master of horror, and Obsession succeeds in every way

Aside from increasing over its first weekend, I expect it to follow the trajectory Sinners had when it came to women. That opened to a 57/43 male/female split, but in the second weekend that shifted in a pretty big way by going to a 56/44 female/male split. Obsession opened to a 59/41 male/female split, but if PostTrak does cover its second weekend then I think women will make up the majority. WoM is high with everyone obviously, but i’ve seen women especially have taken a real liking to the movie.
At this point I’m expecting a $7m Friday and a $30m 4-day 😂
