      >$95M or so 4-day weekend

      This’ll be 8 million lower than Solo: A Star Wars Story’s 103 million 4-day from 2018.

Saw it today. I thought it was okay, felt very similar to Solo with a slightly weaker plot but better characters. I expect audiences to like it.

      Predicting a $95m 4-Day from about $11m previews?

Mid tier result not a death sentence for the franchise theatrically but a bit more pressure for star fighter to preform well now

Lower than Solo is crazy. And this is supposed to be Disney+’s golden eggs goose.

Assuming $12M in previews, this would be the lowest admissions in previews for a live-action Star Wars film since 1983.

Only 10 years ago a Star Wars film nearly made $1B domestically. Insane.

Now the first Star Wars film in seven years won’t match Force Awakens’ $119M opening day with a holiday weekend.

    8. Not that great, but not that bad either. Always expected this to open lower than Solo.

As long as this won’t end up a gigantic flop like the Marvels, it should be fine in warming up the audiences yet again for the SW franchise.

Honestly, I feel like this movie is on track to make Solo Numbers WW, and that’s if it’s Lucky.

I do expect the Final DOM Total to be a bit lower than Solo’s Final DOM Total (which was around $213M)

A Star Wars movie that is not treated as a big event or a must-watch is not a good sign for the franchise.

Honesty I don’t see $80m happening if it’s actually $11m. Even Top Gun Maverick legs for Memorial Day gets it to $73m.

Lower than *Solo*, lower than *Brave New World*, possibly lower than *Tunderbolts*

It’s looking more and more over with each passing headline
