I was hoping for 90M-100M, but this is still good. The overseas box office is much stronger tho, which will allow it to open big globally.
It could be an easy 550M+ performer, perhaps even 650M+.
Friday to Sunday, this movie gonna turn the box office into a runway 🎵🎶

As expected it’s not as massive as OS, since it’s pretty much following the same pattern as the first movie, but it’s still shaping up to be a big OW number for a comedy (-ish, it’s not straight up a comedy) at 70M$+. And that’s REALLY good on its own. The big question is whether or not it’s got legs, we’ll find out in a few days. Regardless, the success/hype around its release is undeniable.
