58 after 14 reviews on MC. Guessing it’s gonna be straddling the boundary between mixed and generally positive

Edit: Reading the actual reviews it seems like a crowdpleaser. Audiences might enjoy it more

Edit 2: Finally we have a RT score and its… 76% after 54 reviews. So likely going towards the “mildly positive” range of critic scores then

  2. Is the Devil about to turn to the audience and say “Pridling time”?

    About to find out.

  3. I don’t think critics’ reviews matter, but if the movie is like Wicked 2 and audiences don’t come out convinced, its legs will be bad.

Quick, someone else say it’s review proof, because hearing the obvious stated a mere hundred or so times isn’t enough

I’m expecting the reviews to come in around the same or a little higher than the first one (75% on RT). High 70s or lower 80s

Reviews make it seem like it’s like it’s decent enough. Obviously this was gonna be review-proof to an extent but the fact that it’s not obscenely terrible *does* help the prospects

76% almost same as the original. Yeah, seems about right.

Anyways i doubt the reviews will matter to the fans of the original. It should be just fine.

The first one wasn’t a critical darling either, all that matters is if the audience/fans find it satisfying

  9. Daydream_machine on

Currently at 76% on Rotten Tomatoes, seems solid enough. But tbh I think this movie will be critic-proof regardless.

It looks alright the reviews which is the compared rating average range of Wicked For Good had

Seeing the movie tomorrow no matter what any critic says! lol couldn’t be more excited to see my favorite people together again back at runway.

The first film has the most special place in my heart ❤️
