We know the Mj fans are gonna eat it up but very curious about Ga reception towards this we’ve seen with Mario galaxy perhaps audiences are critical towards these films that rely on fan service without any depth

Looks like that we may have a big box-office bomb this weekend, with Vertical’s release of the $150M-budget Desert Warrior, tracking in the low single digits.
At least Vertical didn’t spend that much to acquire it.

I feel like this prediction from Deadline is low and it’s going to open much higher, but for it to reach $1B like many here were predicting, I highly doubt it.

So $70 million opening domestically and $80+ million overseas feels like a good call.
Gonna say $157 million worldwide is the number. If it ended up at $170+ million, that would indicate we grossly underestimated the walkup potential.
On a friday in IMAX. all these negativity over the reviews needa stop, the letterboxd score is also an indication of another Bohemian Rhapsody like reception OTW
