This looks awful. Considering the DTV run Aaron Eckhart has been on surprised this was even able to get a theatrical release.

Another Renny Harlin masterpiece, this movie is going bomb hard. Side note what happened to Eckhart? I thought he’d have a promising career after Dark Knight but man that never happened

>A flight from Los Angeles to Shanghai goes down in the middle of the Pacific. After surviving the crash, the survivors soon discover they’re not alone and they must survive the shark infested waters. From director Renny Harlin. DEEP WATER. In theaters May 1.

Did he film this at the same time as the killer whale movie with Melissa Barrera?

I like how it’s called “Deep Water” but there’s literally a shot of part of the plane on the bottom of the ocean, clearly very close to the surface.
Anyway, this whole thing looks like Generic Action Movie #13. It’s probably gonna be aggressively mediocre.

There’s another shark movie coming out where a town is flooded from a hurricane and the sharks make it into town (because the streets and buildings are under three meters of water) and start attacking the survivors.

My personal head cannon is that this is a sequel to Sully and Aaron Eckhart must summon the strength of the memory of the time he was co-pilot to Tom Hanks.

I can’t stop laughing at Ben Kingsley’s half-hearted scream as the plane goes down

I am a sucker for disaster movies. I will be there with my popcorn bucket.

Ben Kingsley is about 83, why is he a pilot. Also why the fuck is he in this absolute dog water
