This is Obsession’s 39th day and yet it is still above 2M, just insane!
Only a -26% from last Monday, despite Toy Story 5’s massive arrival!
250M+ domestic final 100% locked.
275M+ likely, depening on digital release.
Inside Out 2 did $22.4M on it’s first Monday. So don’t expect a similar hold as it this coming weekend. Will probably be in the low to mid 50s range.
Backrooms still making $1 million daily
That’s like possibly another $4.5-$5 million Monday-Thursday bringing it to $180 million domestic and then assuming another 37% drop would take it to $184.5 million at the end of the weekend

At that point when Obsession is out of the top five, I do admit it will be a bummer but this run continues to impress. Movies that came after it aren’t making 1 mill now. Obsession just trucks along. No words.
Imagine if Netflix would of gotten Obsession
Disclosure Day is higher than the 2nd Monday of Ready Player One (1.7m) but lower than the one of Nope (2.5m).

My obsession showing last night at 7:45 was over half full. Small theater with recliners. Still impressive. Great movie.
Obsession is now beating Shrek 1 day to day
Around a 57.1% drop for Toy Story 5, which is slightly better than the 58.3% of Toy Story 4 but a lot worse than the 43% from Inside Out 2. Overall, a good drop, and it will probably have a multiplier close to its predecessor, which would land it over 550m. However, competition does look stronger, so maybe it will land closer to 500m.
TS5 looking to possibly get $300m-$315m or so in 10 days.
Obsession continues to eat. 30% ish drop from Sunday is a bonkers hold.
Disclosure Day might actually do only $7m-$7.5m this coming weekend, yikes!
