Curious to see what the gender split is
Again, similar scores as Solo it seems (89% positive, 73% definite recommend), which was also male-heavy and largely attended by existing fans (judging by how only 26% of the Mando audience on Thursday was kids). The only difference here though is that Solo had significantly greater expectations.
52% caucasian after ten years of showing you’re the most inclusive movie brand is ridiculously bad.
68% being D+ subscribers(a platform that has been struggling) is so telling. Most people don’t wanna go see a movie for a show they haven’t watched.
48% of box office comes from PLF/IMAX/3D so avg ticket price has to be $25 or so for that part of grosses. Movie-going audience’s willingness to pay ridiculous amount of money for one ticket is saving studios and cinemas right now.
Solo was 73% definite recommend, Rise of Skywalker was 70%. Sounds like Mando is barely squeaking over the line for that A- lol
Atrocious demos.
