      So, 51.3 million running cume by Sunday, which would equate to 3x legs off its 17.1 million debut. Hitting 3x legs at the end of 2nd weekend is insanity.

      Got to see it last night. It was a smaller theater, but completely packed and the audience was absolutely responding to the film. I haven’t seen anything like it in awhile.

      Between this and Smile clearly if you want your horror film to blow up you should >!kill off a cat in it (don’t do this other horror films, I love cats!)!<

      Dumb question but how scary is this? I wanna see it but not sure if I can handle it. I enjoyed Longlegs and love movies like Hereditary and Midsommar if thats helpful context lol.

      Saw it for a second time yesterday. Went to a 10pm show with a friend. It was sold out and we had to drive over to the other theater that had an even later show

      Back to back years in which it seems like the most interesting BO run (in a positive way) is from a horror movie. Last year with Sinners and now Obsession this year. It’s hard to imagine anything else this year matching it. But then again no one saw this coming.
