My mother loved the sequel very much and told me it was a nice Mother’s Day gift.
I’m such a good son.
I did think they might have been a bit optimistic on the Mother’s Day increase, but this is still a great result nonetheless.
It still beat MKII by the same amount lol
They will rush a sequel and it will drop big..
A bit lower than the estimates, but still some huge Sunday numbers, and overall healthy 2nd WE drop. Michael also did really good with 14.67M$, and came really close to snapping #2 from MK for the WE lol – we’re talking about a sub-1M$ difference.
It’s amazing that DWP2 & Michael are both co-existing in this way without seemingly hurting one another.
Michael is retaking that #1 spot next weekend.
