I’m not seeing those number in the numbers website… Is there something wrong? Only seeing $301M

$10M ahead of where Michael was in weekend two worldwide.

Doubling the first film’s unadjusted $326M is locked. Groundbreaking considering the budget was made for only $100M.

Surpassed it’s predecessor’s 326.5 million cume and made a 106.7 million more in less less than 2 weeks. Will definitely double it and make a run for 700 million.

Wow, better than I expected tbh.

Mortal Kombat II isn‘t doing any damage towards Michael and The Devil Wears Prada 2. Impressive.

      1. wknd: 233M
      2. wknd: 433M

      500M+ next weekend already.

      700M+ possible.

All in all, The Devil Wears Orada 2 is a huge hit, thanks to its rather “small“ budget of 100M. It is already profitable!

    5. $650 final is my guess, maybe even $700M

which is incredible considering its budget of $100M

This films Dom/Int split is the same as most blockbusters before COVID

Italy and Brazil were massive in particular

    8. With a lead of around $30 million over Wicked 2024 at the same time, it will continue to track its legs after Mother’s Day. The current price will be around $650-700 million, possibly higher depending on the extent of the decline in the third week.

I’m so happy that not only is it doing well but that it’s GOOD. Top tier legacy sequel.

Absolute dazzling overseas numbers. Already outgrossed the first one by over $107M.
Initially I expected $682M total. This is gonna end up $700M+ at this rate.

    11. Disney went from having two franchises that could go over a billion to 20 that can go $500m+.

Bob Iger knew what he was doing.

It continues to pace ahead of Michael by about 10 million dollars week to week. Where this one lands is likely where Michaels gross would be without Korea, Japan, and Russia. Fun little coincidence. So if you’re projecting 750+ for this then Michael with the current regions would be 750+ (currently my predictions for this film and then 875~ for Michael with the new markets coming).
