Alright the moment of truth. Can this actually get a good score and is it better than the last movie?

Already off to a good start
Oh boy, I am actually anxious for this one. Will we have another toasty or will a fresh score be uncaged?
Woof, critics are giving this a

Well, today is the first thread with Rotten Tomatoes’ official critic average score being back, after it was absent for 13 months.
59 MC with 5 reviews, it’s…aight I guess. Let’s see how it fares further
Another video game film where I don’t think reviews matter. It just needs fan service like Mario, FNAF, Minecraft and people will be happy.

Expecting 52-53%
Jeremy Jahns said it’s a good time if your drunk. Oof. That subscriber group would be it’s main audience too.
So far reception seems to be better than the first one, but not great
I expected sub 40. Good job!
It’ll be 50ish% RT, this is very much a fan service franchise made for a specific audience.
“and the cheesy dialogue has enough groan-worthy one-liners to inspire a thousand drinking games”
Im not writing off this review but I do view this as a ringing endorsement rather than a negative. Give me 1,000 cheesy one liners.
Just hope Jeremy Jahns doesn’t give this a “Worth Checking Out on Streaming” rating again. All I wanna know is where it lies on his rating system.
Sounds like the fifth straight WB movie in a row to land in the 50-65% range this year… Pam & Mike’s 2025 run really came crashing *hard* this year, didn’t it?

Lemme guess. Critics are going to hate it!
Debuts at 61% barely this side of fresh. I don’t know if that’ll be enough to help the film. In a running theme with the reviews it’s better than the last one but still not great. Let’s see if the score increases or decreases.
