While this person is beautifully created by multiple surgeries, it’s a slap in the face to showcase this to the world and further mess with young girls self esteem.

One of the funniest parts of getting older is feeling like you have a strong grasp on pop culture and then out of nowhere you get hit with headlines like this and have absolutely no idea who the person is the headline is about. I looked her up and I still don’t know who she is! I am aware of some of the projects she was a part of, I guess but damn. Good for her, she sure deserves it but damn, way to make me feel like a dinosaur.

She’s pretty according to our fucked beauty standards, but what does it mean when it was purchased via cosmetic surgery? She’s sculpted so closely to western beauty standards that she has actually become generic and bland, imo.
It’s like the difference between store bought cookies and lovingly homemade cookies. I’d rather have the wonky homemade cookies any day. They’re simply more interesting.
