I’m not familiar with Delta’s corporatisms, so are 360 and/or million miler status supposed to guarantee a lay flat seat? Bc if they are then he’s within his right to complain. If not, then taking to social media wasn’t the best idea.

i’m gonna be flamed but this is truly pain and suffering even though it is a first world problem. lay flat seats and business class are a experience unlike anything else and it changes you on a fundamental level lol.

lol it was because the actual plane was grounded in LAX due to a door not disarming properly, so we had to take a 757 that was not outfitted with the correct seats. It totally blows but take it up with customer service.
