Hollywood looked like it was on the cusp of being huge in India in 2019 when the CBM hype was high. Every CBM was cracking 100Cr domestic which was crazy. The the pandemic happened and things haven’t been the same. Even Avatar 3 struggled, and Avatar 2 sold fewer tickets and had less hype than Avatar.
North Korea has to be less
India is in their global expansion phase thanks to Pan India movies.So,it would be difficult for hollywood movies to earn more if they end up clashing with pan India movies as it happened with avatar.
