    Sample Reviews:

Linda Marric, HeyUGuys 4/5 – The nods to its influences can feel a little on-the-nose, but there's enough that's genuinely its own here.

Taylor Williams, Slant Magazine 1.5/4 – In lieu of any competently developed drama, we get a blitzkrieg of scares and gooey body horror that can best be described as arbitrary.

Seeing mostly negative reviews so far. many critics seem to be caught up in the “it’s not enough of a Mummy movie”.

Weird I’m seeing mostly positive reviews from critics comping this to Evil Dead

    3. It’s weird, the rotten tomatoes score so far is alright, but it’s Metacritic score is horrible

It bothers me that the official title of this movie is “Lee Cronin’s The Mummy”, as if the average movie goer knows who Lee Cronin is.
