    1. BFI IMAX in London sold out within 7 mins yesterday.

Now imagine the craziness when they put tickets on sale for Doomsday.

    2. they should introduce dynamic pricing here as well, to fight scalpers, and do the scalping part by themselves instead

I mean it’s just for opening weekend and only in a handful of theatres. Why is this such a big deal? They’ll be more screenings – even on opening weekend. What am I missing here?

I remember when people tried to do this with The Force Awakens. Probably didn’t work out well considering most of the theaters around me were running it literally 24/7 opening week.

I’ll just go the following week and see Avengers first. Shrugs. It’s only a few select theaters anyway they sold out its not the entire country. I’m pretty sure my theater will have plenty of tickets to see this. Anyone paying that much for a movie are morons.

This is so dumb, it ain’t a concert where if you miss one showing that’s it. 😭

    7. There’ll be more of these tickets as we get closer to the film’s release. This series is also overrated. I barely remember the 1st film. I kept falling asleep inbetween certain moments.

Takes me back to when the first public screening of Revenge of the Sith (along with all 5 previous SW films) in the UK sold out within minutes. Scalpers thought they were going to have a field day but then they released more tickets and I got one for regular price.
