Nearly $10M is a massive jump for Hail Mary. Word of mouth does wonders for legs.

My showing of PHM was completely sold out, in a PLF too.
Really fun movie, nailed adapting the book.
Glad Gosling finally has a leading win at the box office, shoulda happened multiple times over with the fall guy and blade runner.
I think his star wars movie will do pretty big numbers, especially after it seems like a big chunk of people point to him as a reason they saw PHM.

Man Dhurandhar 2 is going insane over there. Might actually become the highest grossing Indian movie of all time in USA/Can. Could even go $25M+, which would be incredible. Are Americans there watching it too genuinely, or is it just the all of the Indian diaspora turning out.

That is genuinely wild for PHM, that increase is massive. That’s over 1m more than Dune 2 on its first Tuesday (8.15m) despite opening over 1m less over the Weekend. On top of amazing WOM, I think it is attracting a lot of families, so I’m expecting a massive hold over the upcoming weekend. However, one issue I could see is that it has a harsher drop once Mario releases (but I still think it should stabilise afterwards), and it might have taken some money from hoppers.
The other movies have all had decent increases, and 5 films at 1m is crazy good for March. Except for RON 2, which seems a bit low to me. Pity, given the good reviews.

Very huge for Project Hail Mary near $10M on a Tuesday thanks to good WOM that should have a good drop on its 2nd weekend
