It was all staged lmao. Trump was behind this, the Netflix CEO literally went to meet with Trump before the deal and he told him what to do.
They just drived up the price. Netflix never had any intention of buying Warner Bros because it’s not in their Business mode

I would say Ellison/Paramount bullied their way into this, but the reality is that Zaslav likely wanted this all along, to get a higher price for the company being sold/Use Netflix as Bait against Paramount.
Whatever, MAGA is going to crumble by 2029 since Trump can’t run a third term (KNOCK ON WOOD), so it’s up to whoever buys WB/Paramount next to clean up this mess.
I just hope we still get The Batman Part II and Man of Tomorrow out the way Reeves and Gunn intended, since a merger takes a while to get approved. If that means those are the final installments for their franchises, so be it, but I think those 2 movies would be a good jumping off point for DC as it is today before Paramount fucks everything up.

This may be good for box office but this will be terrible for all WB properties. Paramount is complete ass quality. Also let’s be real the biggest reason this went down is for political reasons. Don’t blame Netflix for taking a free $3B from paramount but ultimately this will be a bad thing imo.
