Melania Trump Boasts Early Achievements of ‘Melania’ Documentary: ‘#1 Highest Opening In 10 Yrs (Doc), Loved By All – “A” CinemaScore’February 1, 2026
Looks like $5.25M SAT for #IronLung. Expected to drop steeply, but seems to be a mini ~5% drop from True FRI. 2-days $14.25M. Weekend should reach ~$18M.February 1, 2026

Algae_Mission on February 1, 2026 4:32 am I’m sure the Trumps loved the $75 million bribe and Amazon is going to love being carte Blanche to do what they want.

ruthrachel18reddit on February 1, 2026 4:43 am The highest opening weekend for any documentary: Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) at 23.9 million. Total gross worldwide: 222.4 million (119.2 million domestic, 103.2 million international). I saw it in Paris, and the theaters were packed. That being said, an estimated 8 million for a documentary opening weekend is not bad when one does not consider budget. It is the 75 million budget (highly out of the norm for a documentary) which dampens the opening weekend gross…
BadgemanBrown on February 1, 2026 4:47 am How much money did they drop on block seat purchases? Same way the NYT best-sellers list is gamed. Buy 10k copies of their own book to get #1
Samaritan_Pr1me on February 1, 2026 4:54 am Give it about two weeks before this thing falls off a cliff. I’d rather watch *Reagan* again.
HumanTimeCapsule on February 1, 2026 4:59 am It somehow made 11,780 more dollar than the previous top grosser of the decade.
