In a vacuum Avatar’s numbers are good, especially considering how much China doesn’t care about most U.S releases anymore but outside of that the numbers are big and disappointing at the same time. I would say that Disney should keep the budget in check for the next Avatar movie but like I don’t know how you make an avatar movie for less than 400 million dollars.
