Looks like 2026 will be a hell of a repeat of 2024 in terms of animated movies – one Dreamworks sequel (Shrek 5/Kung Fu Panda 4), one Pixar sequel (Toy Story 4/Inside Out 2), one Illumination sequel (Mario 2/Despicable Me 4), and one Disney Animation sequel (Frozen 3/Moana 2)…

I’ve been saying this was gonna be Shrek 5 for some time so very happy this has now been confirmed.
I think Toy Story 5 needs to move up a week to June 12th though.
