Oh Linda, this is why nobody likes you.
Sounds like Linda Perry is the one that’s a little bitch (I know that’s not the direct quote but I’m paraphrasing). Clearing her schedule before signing a contract is no one’s fault but her own.
Side note, Green Day has consistently spoken up against Trump and this administration and even if I wasn’t a fan of theirs already, I’d love them just for not staying silent.
Each album after that has had a couple of good songs on it and thats all they have ever needed. There comes a point when your shows can only be so long and you can only fit in so much material because youve got too many songs.
We desperately need some Bush-era inspired anti-MAGA protest songs. If Green Day won’t do it, I hope Linda gives it to another artist who will.

Green Day is the James Carville of protest music.
Two things can be true. There’s countless stories of both of these people being insanely difficult to work with at times.
Kinda OT, but I can’t stand when people use “pussy” as an insult to mean weak. Especially women. Now that I pay attention, I see it everywhere. The pussy-hate is baked so deep!
Saviors actually reminded me why so many people have stuck with Green Day for decades. They still know how to write catchy, energetic songs.
