I have yet to see a person proclaim the importance of Leto and the need to “raise questions”

No. Jared Leto’s casting as Skeletor raises questions. Trying not to draw attention to this bone-headed decision is just good business sense.

The answer was that they took a look at disney’s marketing for tron which was nothing BUT Jarde and said “let’s not do that.”

Because his name is toxic. He was the primary detraction for people when Tron Ares was upcoming, and he was all over the marketing.

Might be pushing it, but part of me feels like he was secretly recast behind-the-scenes. Like Alison Brie mentioned working with him on set but maybe they could have reshot that scene with a new actor.

    6. Yeah, they’re trying to make sure at least a few people go see it haha they saw the backlash off Tron Ares and the movie didn’t even suck, but Leto’s involvement already turned people off.

In the previews I’ve seen…it hardly even sounds like Leto. They really tried to make sure he’s not a focus haha

    7. Maybe Hollywood is finally grasping that we hate this guy and don’t want to see him in films.
