Judge dismisses human smuggling charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported

How many millions of dollars have the Trump administration spent trying to frame this man? He was deported mistakenly, and they have spent years and god knows how much money trying to force his arrest and deportation just to save face on their fuck up.

They are the most incompetent and wasteful fascists I’ve ever seen. I hope Garcia gets a huge payday when all is said and done.

If anyone deserves a payout from the government, it is this man.
