      I’m 37, I don’t feel like an adult. I think that’s a pretty common feeling.

      Yea same here Zendaya. I’m still looking around for an adult and realizing that “oh yea that’s me”

      Even worse is having young adults looking to me for things bc that’s my job 😭 (jk I love my students dearly and I love being a supervisor)

      I’m 35 and have a 4&5 year old and anytime something serious happens I cannot believe I’m the adult in the situation

      So real. I’m almost 20 this year and in college, everybody already seems so much more mature and look like adults. I still look like a kid and feel like a kid 🤷🏻‍♀️

      I’m gonna be 25 and I feel like I’m still 19. Not as big of a difference as 30, but I’m sure I’ll still feel the same then.

      I think most adults feel like children on the inside. Adulthood isn’t a feeling, it’s an age.

      I remember feeling like that at 31, until I went back to finish my BA and had to take an Intro to Public Policy course as part of my new major. Then I realized no, I am definitely not a kid anymore and thank fuck for that.

      What makes one feel like a child or a very young adult is leading a life where nothing is ever definitive, where you can always pivot. That’s why people who live in big cities like Nyc and La that rich with opportunities always feel younger than their counterparts in other parts of the country.

      My thirties were the best decade of my life so far. I had so much fun. It was like a more responsible version of my teens, if that makes sense. Dumped my husband, got a new career, got in shape, traveled the country, made so many friends.

      i did hear that scientists now confirm that adulthood starts at 32 so that makes sense lmaoo i’ve been an adult for almost 5 years now 😌
