Sideways takes place in my hometown, and it’s impossible to overstate how different things were after this movie came out.
Damn you, time for a rewatch.
My favourite chill-out movie, going on a wine tasting and golfing road trip with two likeable but flawed guys. I couldn’t get into the book, but the movie is excellent, and I’ve watched it many times.
