    1. Clearing the way for the honorable and completely different ParamountSkydanceMax which has never and would never do anything so unethical.

    2. Oh, but the 10,000 flock cameras scattered throughout Texas aren’t spying on citizens.

That Texas Attorney General should look up all the flock cameras they are putting up – spying on their constituents and collecting their data without knowledge or consent

Any lawsuit against one algorithm using company would inevitably open them all up to lawsuits and penalties. Which is why I don’t see this going anywhere.

Republicans: Let businesses do what they want stop with government control or regulations

Also Republicans: Why are these companies spying on us? We should do something

    6. This by the way is just a Trojan horse for republicans wanting to drag Netflix through the mud for “DEI” and “trans ideology” because of their catalogue. This has literally nothing to do with spyware and data collection.

    7. Since when Ken Paxton, or Texas GOP for that matter, care about “*addictive*” and “*spying*” companies ?

I wonder what is really behind this ? Did Netflix said no to Palantir ?

    8. Idiot in the making !!!! Smoking is addictive ( no i quit cold turkey a long time ago) booze is addictive .( yea love my tequila) hard drugs very addictive ..never touch them ..had netflix on my TV for years..havent watched it in 2026..still cant figure out why I buy both netflix or Disney.. serious I havent watch either one..

    9. Paxton has no evidence, and thus is out of bounds. Pound sand, Paxton. Go away.

So what’s the actual reason? I’m serious, does anyone have any insight?

    11. Please point me in the direction of the addictive part of Netflix. I can’t find anything worth watching on there anymore.

    12. >Collecting Their Data Without Knowledge Or Consent

Someone hasn’t read Netflix’s Terms of Service or EULA.

I hate companies collecting data but they all say they do somewhere in the fine print. This will go to a judge, Netflix will show the terms of service, and the case will be dismissed.

    13. Corrupt Ken Paxton doing the culture wars thing…..he is cant wait to lose to Talrico if he gets GOP nod. He’s a piece of shit
