      In that particular scene, he’s wearing the vintage Police helmet and cloak that we saw in his office earlier in the film, rather than his standard issue uniform.

      All the gear in that station was so old it was left over from the Victorian era, clearly!

      But this is interesting! Knowing the movie, there’s likely an in-story explanation for it or a reference to something.
