'Sahara' was a fun adventure movie that didn't take itself too seriously. The supporting cast was great as well, with people like William H. Macy, Steve Zahn, Penélope Cruz, Rainn Wilson, Lennie James, Lambert Wilson & Delroy Lindo.

Was the movie “Good,” not really… but it was fun and I wish they made more Dirk Pitt movies.
Clive Cussler movies should be a target for a streaming service because they’re a nice mindless effort for the viewer.
I love the movie trope where there are fights on vehicles moving at high speeds where there really is not any reason for the speeding vehicles to not slow down or stop.
This movie is one of my go-to comfort films. Everything about it is so ridiculously perfect and insane at the same time.
One of my favorite pieces of media that Rainn Wilson is in and he doesn’t get nearly enough credit for the small role he plays.
The film should have focused more on the Civil War treasure and included more flashbacks and such. That part was far more interesting than the generic plotline about environmental pollution.

This is really as close to the movie version of porn as you can get. Just mindless fun with no real stakes or deep thoughts. Fantastic shit lol
I don’t remember a whole ton about the movie, but I do distinctly remember Penelope Cruz being gorgeous and laughing my ass off as Steve Zahn drops about two dozen weapons from his person.
this is my favorite “saturday afternoon movie”. Im not looking for brilliance on a lazy saturday afternoon. Im not looking for a message. I am looking for lighthearted fun thats not to be taken too seriously. and this movie nails it.
back when i had cable, this would always be on tbs or tnt in the afternoons and i would watch it every single time.
This looks like a completely insane and ridiculous but hilarious movie !
Why have i never heard of it !?
