    ‘Hocus Pocus 3’ is officially in early development, with the trio of stars, Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy, returning to reprise their roles as the Sanderson sisters.

      Hope they bring back Omri Katz, Vinessa Shaw, and Thora Birch as well. I connected with their characters.

      Would be nice if the movie utilized Hannah Waddingham instead of just having her stand there, doing nothing.

      Wasted potential.

      Should really bring back the original director. The second movie had no entertainment value.

      Hocus Pocus 2 was so insanely terrible I have no hype for this at all. I pretend 2 doesn’t exist. The sisters illogically both were familiar with modern culture in some scenes and perplexed by it in others. Then of course, we can’t possibly have scary villains in this modern age, so they had to learn the value of goodness and sisterhood at the end! No where good to go from here imo.

      No, give us a prequel movie with the kids at the beginning of 2. That prologue was the best part of the sequel

      The kids I babysit loved the second movie as much as the first, so I’m not surprised it had the streaming numbers for a third. I’m just curious if they’ll try a theater release this time.

      I waited years for the sequel and it was just so disappointing

      They needed the original stars back, I wanted them hunting Max and Allison for revenge

      Who produced this? Paramount? WB? Rewatching the original last Halloween was kind of wild because I forgot how messy the editing and storytelling actually are. It definitely feels more like a chaotic Halloween fever dream than a genuinely “good” movie

      The time line better be set between young witches to hanging from the first film.

      Can’t do anything between end of first film and start of second because how the second film was set up.

      No way in hell they can go forward from the second film.

      The sequel felt so cheap and artificial. The sets, the lighting, the green screens…

      It was a Covid production however, so maybe they can improve for this third one.

      Bring back the Autumn and spooky vibes of the original movie with real set locations and less artificial lighting.

      2nd Hocus Pocus was a silly fun movie, I look forward to another one but tbh I would have liked to see a prequel movie with the girls that played younger versions of them, they did such a good job

      Hocus Pocus 2 was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. Hopefully this one is better.
