That’s an extremely optimistic read of the situation
This is probably one of the things bass has been hit hardest for but she has the least control. Los Angeles does not have a tax for this. She had to advocate at the state level for the tax credit. She was successful. This is a larger issue than the mayor. Film in LA is struggling and as is in the United States. Post production has fled to Canada.
Now eliminate FilmLA. They’re the biggest hinderance to filming in Los Angeles.
subsidies so using the money of others, thats all i read there, no idea whats even about but for sure screwing over people to make some few rich
