>Cameron is currently developing a seventh Terminator film
Cool cool cool…but can we please like…let Arnie retire?
I actually didn’t mind Dark Fate, but the T-800’s story ark in it was a…pretty rogue choice.

One of the film’s great, unheralded images is the rear-projection in the car scene after the escape from mental institution. Looks both old-school (a la 1955’s To Catch A Thief) and modern-spiffy-James-Cameron-y. “Fun” road trip vibes as well. Night atmosphere around them looks icy and yet cozy, like a painting on modern malaise that uses only shades of blue pigment (“Journey of Three” by the artist James Cameron).

I’ll be buying tickets and telling my friends – stop just existing, come with me if you want to *live*

This better not be the 4k version, any word if this is a proper new remaster?

This is proof they don’t even give a shit about making new creative IP. Rip the old cows out of the graves and milk them again muppets!
It’s a good movie but come on, is there no original content left?

Yeah, I saw this in a cinema last year and it was still the disastrous new 4K transfer.

This was the first rated R movie my Dad took me to the theater to see. I was ten. It was the greatest thing I had ever seen in my life.

Will the DCP showings have that awful proccessing and regrading like the 4K BRD? Can’t even get The Abyss on 2K BRD without it althrough I heard it isn’t nearly as bad as True Lies and Aliens.

Is this the real film or the terrible AI upscaled 4K version?
