Cast: Gabrielle Anwar, Terry Kinney, Meg Tilly, Billy Wirth, Reilly Murphy and Forest Whitaker.
From the 1950’s to the 2000’s, Hollywood has been making a new movie, roughly every two decades, based on the 1954 novel ‘The Body Snatchers’ by Jack Finney.
- Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956)
- Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978)
- Body Snatchers (1993)
- The Invasion (2007)
The last remake, the one starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig, was a critical (RT 20%) and a box office bomb ($40 million).
Since then, a fifth remake at Warner Bros. has been stuck in development hell for years.

The 2007’s bombed becuase they did wait 10 more years for the “2 decades per remake” rule.

The 1978 version is by far the best. Donald Sutherland was brilliant. One of the scariest endings of all time.
Why did the 2007 bomb? I haven’t seen it since i was a kid but it scared the shit out of me
O time nessa situação e o cara dirigindo filme
I feel like you forgot The Faculty…but I guess its more a psuedo remake than a true one.
