I think the premise could have been stronger than just “riding around in cars with my rich friends.” It doesn’t seem like Americans are particularly interested in watching the wealthy have fun right now.

Go have a listen to his recent podcast appearance on “Soder”; was a dang good time. Didn’t know that CBs basically couldn’t mess with him because Letterman effectively “owned” the 2-hour late-night window so when he portioned a bit off for Craig, wasn’t anything they could do about it.
