https://theposterdb.com/ is heavy on fan-made posters, but you can also find the originals there. All are in high quality and you can filter by language or textless. Also very useful if you’re looking to organize collections.
But if you’re looking for original posters only, I’d go with The Movie Database.

Lots of sites being recommended but I’d like to mention the Firefox (and maybe other browsers) extension “Search By Image” which makes it super easy to send any image to a search engine so you can find the best resolution. You can just right click on the image and then pick whatever search tool you prefer
I usually find Yandex is the best for finding higher resolution versions.
