American musician G Love loses $436,000 “retirement fund” to crypto scam

    Musician G Love has revealed that he lost his entire cryptocurrency “retirement fund” after accidentally installing a malicious app that impersonated a legitimate crypto wallet.

    The singer – whose real name is Garrett Dutton of G Love & Special Sauce – said the incident happened while he was moving his crypto wallet to a new computer. He mistakenly downloaded what appeared to be the official Ledger wallet app from Apple’s App Store and warned others.
