Everytime I see this man announce a new good thing I feel like Squidward watching SpongeBob and Patrick out the window

Nice, IMO using an example of property owned by a middle eastern oil prince would be even better/absurd

I grin like an idiot whenever this man announces something. Truly a light in the darkness that is politics right now

  4. When people ask (not in good faith) “yeah well who is gonna pay for that?” … this is the answer.

I lived in New York for 28 years and left last year, if he was elected a year earlier I may have had the hope to stay 😭😭😭😭😭

  6. People who don’t even make a tenth of what the uber wealthy make would probably be pissed off about this just because they were told to hate zohran, i’m calling it

  7. I just said in front of my husband while watching this “I love this man so much” and he just looked at me weird but then I showed him this and he gets it.

500M may seem like a small value, but his programs are estimated to cost 7B. Since smh people are claiming a city with 2T+ GDP and a 116B budget cant’t afford that, Mamdani is going long ways to reach that.

Ken Griffin really fucked Illinois over, they were going to tax wealthy folks more in Illinois but dude spent so much money on ads to discourage people to vote on it. Glad to see Ken is gonna get his penthouse taxed. Fuck that mother fucker, dude stays in florida.

I love this man! He is a civil servant! Way ta’ go Mamdani! You go for those rich bastards! Awesome this helps the middle and poor! A true champion of the people…

  11. If his policies succeed and benefit NY and its citizens like I think they will, there’s no excuse for other states not to follow suit. Taxing the wealthy and giving the less fortunate a boost shouldn’t be as polarizing as it is.

  12. I own a property in New York and this impacts me and I’m fine with it. I used to visit multiple times a year from Canada and it’s nice to have a place to stay that’s not a hotel.

  13. I fucking love this guy! Also 238M for a fucking penthouse is insanity

I love how much he follows through with his words and everyone against him is so mad he’s making things better. What a weird timeline
