      If I were famous this would be my nightmare – It’s believable Guy Fieri isn’t chronically online and wouldn’t really recognize these random people. You’re expected to act pleasant to everyone and it’s kinda inevitable you’ll run into wacko far righters

      JFC, my 77 year old mother knows who Andrew Tate is and what he’s known for. Fieri has always been a dweeb.

      Why do people expect someone who’s almost *SIXTY* years old to know who Andrew Tate is, let alone recognize him?

      If you want to be mad at him for something, criticize him for the Trump picture.

      I do find it funny that everyone assumed a Guy Fieri had any idea who Andrew Tate is, Versus the more likely scenario of Andrew Tate saying “hey Guy big fan can I get a picture?”

      Don’t know Guy but we have a few friends in common. I was disappointed when I saw this but also genuinely believe his statement. He runs in pretty progressive, chill circles with lots of folks who do community organizing and charity outreach, specifically pro-Dem, pro-LGBTQ.

      He’s a celebrity who is used to shaking hands with a lot of people. You can’t really blame him for shaking hands and exchanging niceties with a couple of people he might not actually care for in person for the sake of being cordial. I think we can let Guy go on this one.

      I don’t like my in-laws, but I still have to be nice to them at birthday parties.
