With the advent of drones, aside from meticulous hand inspections, there’s really no reason to have a scaffold for building inspections
This sounds like the most New York crossover ever: “infrastructure policy, but make it awkward.” Honestly they should just rebrand scaffolding as permanent shade and tourist viewing platforms.
I know theres always bigger fish to fry when it comes to politics but it is refreshing to see some attention put into the little things.
