An insider said the “bloodbath” is slated for June. “They’re doing another round in June, and 60 Minutes people are on the list,” a source told the paper.

She has been dismayed with what she sees as tepid stories this season, like Cecilia Vega’s interview with mentalist Oz Pearlman, a segment on the hybrid sport of chess boxing in November, an Anderson Cooper-fronted bit on dog health last month, and, in December, research into why Swiss watches are so expensive.
>“Bari Weiss is not wrong to overhaul the show,” said a longtime CBS executive, who agreed that new faces could help push the network into “harder reporting.”

No one talks about 60 mins on Monday because we all know it sold out. Once you sold out, it’s like cheating on your wife, no one believes you any more. We are not interested in your stories. They are forever tainted.
