I’ve seen at least one meme in response to this saying “Nintendo just googles ‘actors’ and casts their movies that way” but if anything Donald Glover as Yoshi is probably one of the more inspired choices, especially if he actually *wants* it.
It’s a far cry from Chris Pratt as Mario, which while not the travesty people assumed is still just… Adequate.
