On one hand, majority of the people consider it to be a big improvement over the theatrical release, but cons are it's rated R and it's 3 hours long. Despite being acclaimed poorly BVS had an opening weekend of 422 million, it's legs were catastrophic and it only made a little over double the amount of money it made in it's opening weekend.

It patches some of the morst glarring issues of the theatrical version and files in some story holes but on a whole it doesn’t actually make it into a good movie. All the incredibly questionable story decisions remain.
The vast majority of the people who disliked the movie would still dislike it and the legs would mybe be only marginaly better.
The Ultimate edition is essentialy the definitiom of polishing a turd

It’ll probably have better legs if they did. 2.01x legs instead of 1.99x
Its rating might improve from 28% to 38%. Not enough to really improve legs.
Snyderverse fans need to give it up already.
If the Ultimate Edition were a masterpiece, it would be. But the Ultimate Edition is the same trash as the theatrical version.
