Amazingly even across the board. You don’t find movie that appeal to men and women to this glowing degree. I’ve missed Lord & Miller directing, I hope they don’t take a long break making another movie.

Yep. Assuming Mario doesn’t cut into it too much (PLFs are a huge selling point for this, and Mario is taking them in a week and a half — tho we still don’t know if they’re gonna split them), it’s pretty much gonna have a similar run to Sinners last year. Exciting stuff!
Wow 6% black is a low! Usually Asians are the smallest number for most recent films.

Movie was a little too cute for me. Felt like a heckin doggo redditor wrote it. These guys think they’re funnier than they are.
I’m surprised the “definite recommend” numbers aren’t even higher. This movie is so good and definitely a four-quadrant film. It’s exciting, it’s funny, it’s sweet, it’s gorgeous on the big screen. My elderly mom said “I haven’t seen a movie like that in years.” Already planning to see it again!
People are misreading the response to audiences that showed up and the type of audiences that showed up. I still think there’s reasons to think this will open big but won’t have as big as legs as it looks
I saw it, it’s ok, but man am I tired of “sarcastic American one-liners” going head-to-head with “cutesy trills and squeals”. I mean, Rocky’s probably as much of a scholar as he is, and can translate from English without a computer, so if my scientific language was translated into baby talk I’d wanna smack him with my left claw. But then again, this isn’t r/shittyredditmoviereviews.
