  1. Actually watched this one last night at the theaters, and man, was it ever good.
Great acting from Ryan as well.

I mean, the Martian was brilliant.

Not surprised at all and exceptionally excited.

Saw it last night, definitely go check it out in IMAX, great visuals and Gosling was excellent.

  4. Was not expecting it to be such a funny movie. Glad to see Gosling flexing those chops still, especially with how well he did comedically in The Nice Guys.

I had no idea that a little rocky and was gonna make me laugh my ass off and cry like a baby! 10 out of 10

  6. I think Ryan Gosling is a much better actor tho. I like Hanks, but he’s the same type of everyman in every single film for 40 years now

Tom Hanks comparisons are tough because that level of universal likability is basically its own category, but Gosling definitely has the talent and screen presence for a huge breakout hit like this.

2026 is pretty packed, a lot of potential great movies. I thought Dune 3 was probably going to be my favorite. But after seeing PHM last night. I honestly think the race is over, this movie was incredible. The score, the laughs, the feels, the cinematografy. Incredible..

Jesus more of this nonsense crap already? I already called it and this is the new slant on this made-for-God-to-watch movie?

  10. It was great. Having read the book, they leave out some more minor subplots and a lot of the “science” in order to give the story a tighter feel. I could nick pick but they absolutely nail the things they needed to.

  11. Saw it Monday ranking and haven’t read the book. The movie was fantastic. Complete fun ride from start to finish. Highly recommend it. My buddy has read the book as well and he greatly enjoyed it too.

  12. I don’t rate a ton of movies 10/10, but Ryan Gosling has starred in THREE of the ones I have (La La Land, Project Hail Mary, Blade Runner 2049).

Never would have thought that Alan from Remember the Titans would become a titan of the film industry.
