These movies do pretty damn well when it comes to our box office .
First one did over 900 million
Second one with a bit of a slight decline did 800 million
Both still relative successes with a moderate budget.
With a third one coming out right a week before Dune and avengers I can’t see a world where this survives in the box office ring. No it’s not to say without Dune or avengers being in December would exact the same exact results but at least it still would’ve kept up the same trajectory as it’s previous predecessors but now I’m not even sure. Is it too late to change its release date or is it set in stone?

Can you smell that???? It’s another Rock movie.
Where rock plays rock again.
Just look at what happened to MI: Dead Reckoning during Barbenheimer. That’s the closest comparison I can think of.
Looking at this image I was just reminded that Awkwafina was in the 2nd movie.
I completely erased that from my memory since I watched the 2nd movie 6 years ago.
A story in Variety today said theater owners were worried about Jumanji 3, because it’s opening (I think?) one week before Dune & Avengers
I haven’t seen a Rock movie in years and I still fell like I need a break from him.
Didn’t even know this movie still existed.
