This is the big Easter release here in the UK, and I'm not even sure if it's getting a Stateside release but it's by the Wonka/Paddington writers so there is at least some expectation it may be good.
The books were popular in their day but it feels like they've definitely faded a tad in comparison to the likes of Narnia and Harry Potter, and they're not even top of Enid Blyton herself's portfolio. Famous Five and Noddy are the big hitters from her IMO.
What are we thinking for this if it reviews well? It could obviously be garbage and the trailers are doing a decent job at hiding it, no clue when the embargo drops.

Brit here, this is the first I’ve heard of the movie. I’m aware of the books but that’s it, I’ve never read any and never heard anyone discuss them, I’m guessing this is a bomb.
